Principle of Membrane-separating nitrogen generation
Membrane- separating nitrogen separation means that nitrogen and aoxygen in the air can be separated due to the difference of their permeation rate when their molecules pass through hollow fiber membrane.
Example for membrane form
Membrane module is mainly in the form of flat plate, roll and hollow fiber.

◆Nitrogen purity adjustable: ~99. 9%
◆Gas intake pressure:
Low-pressure membrane module: 0.3MPa~1 4MPa; optimal pressure: 0.7~1.1MPa.
High-pressure membrane module: 0.7~2 .4MPa; optimal pressure. 1.8~2. 1MPa.
◆Gas intake temperature: 10~60*C; optimal operating temperature:25~50°C
◆Max. operating temperature: operable below 170°C (for particular membrane module).
◆Gas dew point may reach -60°C; oxygen enrichment may reach 45% max.

♦Gas output: Flow of gas available in a unit time; increased with pressure and temperature rising
♦Recovery: Percentage of gas flow available in a unit time to mixed gas flow Service life: The service life of membrane is related to membrane performance, working environment and maintenance.
♦Note: High recovery means small consumption of compressed air, which increases slightly with pressure rising and decreases slightly with temperature rising.
